- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): A structured, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): A mindfulness-based model focusing on accepting what is outside your control while committing to actions that improve your life.
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): A therapy approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, build distress tolerance, and improve interpersonal relationships.
